How we work

Every patient has one registered nurse who owns the case. That nurse does the first visit, writes the plan of care with the physician, supervises the aides and therapists, and is the person the family calls. Nothing gets lost between disciplines because one clinician is accountable for the whole picture.

We keep our service area tight on purpose. Short drives mean a nurse can go back the same afternoon when something changes, and a therapist can see the same patient three times in a week without rearranging the schedule.

Standards

We are licensed by the State of California, certified by Medicare, and accredited by ACHC, which surveys the agency against the Medicare Conditions of Participation and its own standards. Every clinician is licensed, background-checked and competency-tested before the first visit.
