This website

Forms on this site collect only the details needed to call you back: your name, phone number, and optionally the patient's city and a short note. We ask you not to enter medical information, Medicare numbers or other protected health information on the website. Submissions are sent by email to our intake office and are not stored on the web server. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions and basic analytics to understand site traffic; these do not identify you.

Patients

Health information about our patients is protected under HIPAA and California law. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how it is used and disclosed and the rights patients have over it. Every patient receives the notice at the start of care; a copy is available from the office at any time by calling (310) 715-8184.
